Coverage

Four sectors, covered through the Enable series.

Each Enable project goes deep on one part of the next industrial revolution — separate sectors that are tightly interconnected in how growth, capital and rules now move across borders. Four are in active coverage. More will be added as we open new projects on the industries shaping the future.

01 — Current focuses

The four sectors under coverage today.

Sector 01

Digital infrastructure

Data centres, connectivity, power, cooling and land. The physical footprint of the AI era, and the capital stack building it. Covered through Enable Brazil — the region building the fastest-growing data-centre market outside North America.

Sector 02

Supply chain

Critical minerals, chemicals, food and the materials the energy transition depends on. Covered through Entelligencia's broader Americas research, including The Next Hotspot and the regional editions of Enable across Chile, Colombia and the wider hemisphere, where the world's largest copper reserves, more than half of global lithium resources, and a significant share of its emerging green-hydrogen capacity sit.

Sector 03

Banking and financial infrastructure

Open banking, instant payments, digital public infrastructure and the rails being built on top: credit, FX, embedded finance, cross-border. Covered through Unlock, our flagship series on the rebuilding of global finance from the rails up.

Sector 04

Energy

The transition as it is actually happening: grid, generation, storage, green hydrogen, nuclear and the financing structures underwriting all of it. Covered through the Enable series across Chile (the 50 per cent renewable grid) and Colombia (60 per cent hydroelectric), with a dedicated energy series on the slate for 2029.

02 — Underlying technologies

Bottlenecks we track across the series.

The four sectors above are where our Enable programmes live. These are the underlying technologies and systems we track across all of them — the bottlenecks, unlock points and enabling infrastructure that decide which thesis works, and where.

Tech / 01

Data centres

Siting, power availability, regulatory approvals and the capital stacks behind them — tracked market-by-market, not as a global average.

Tech / 02

Cooling and thermal systems

Liquid cooling, immersion, district-scale heat recovery — the thermal economics that now dictate where AI load can physically go.

Tech / 03

Open banking and payments rails

Pix, UPI, SPEI, CoDi, BI-Fast and beyond — the instant-payments and data-sharing layers rewriting what a retail bank looks like.

Tech / 04

Chemicals and critical materials

The inputs that decide whether the transition physically happens — copper, lithium, rare earths, speciality chemicals. Covered with the supply chain, not in isolation.
