North, South, hemisphere. The closing chapter of the Enable Series. Three days in Washington and Northern Virginia, where the senior cohorts of three years of Latin American fieldwork meet the densest concentration of data centre infrastructure on the planet, the US federal policy apparatus, and the hyperscalers writing the AI-era cheques.
Enable Americas is the closing chapter of a three-year project. The cohorts built by Brazil (2026 to 2027), Chile (2027 to 2028) and Colombia (2027 to 2028) converge in Washington and Northern Virginia. The continent's most concentrated data centre corridor, the federal apparatus that shapes hemispheric digital policy, the hyperscalers that finance the AI-era buildout, and the senior cohort of three years of Latin American fieldwork, in one room.
The deliverable is a 200-page hemispheric compute atlas, a synthesis of Brazil's policy momentum, Chile's Pacific gateway and Colombia's Andean velocity, against the dominant context of the US federal market and the Loudoun corridor. The reference text the next decade will be measured against.
